Physical Test Standards
Male:
5000 meters run, The race should be completed in maximum 25 minutes.\
Female:
1600 meters run, The race should be completed in a maximum of 9 minutes 30 seconds.
Ex-Servicemen:
2400 meters run, The race should be completed in a maximum of 12 minutes 30 seconds.

Gujarat Police Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
The Gujarat Police Recruitment Board is conducting for the third stage of its recruitment process for Police Constable, Sub-Inspector and Jail Sepoy. For the Unarmed Police Sub-Inspector positions, those who are qualified candidates need to pass a Physical Test, a Main Exam, and a Medical Examination. Those applying for Constable and Jail Sepoy roles will go through a Physical Test and an Objective MCQ Test.
The Physical Test has two parts: the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and the Physical Standard Test (PST). Both tests are qualifying, meaning you need to pass them to move forward.
